We're hoping you want to be a group liaison!
We'd like to revive this interesting group of former volunteers and make a permanent home at www.friendsofpoland.org. All of you have such interesting stories to tell, and are now doing interesting things. We'd like to maintain our ties to old memories and to people with whom we might even work again in some way in the future.
To do this, we'll be creating Group Pages for each group of Poland RPCVs. There you'll find a directory to your group, and also a space to post interesting things about what you're doing and what you've done.
Would you like to help with your Group Page? This might mean contacting old friends, sending in photos, reminding people to have a look and participate, giving us good ideas, formatting web pages....whatever seems appropriate. If you'd like to be the rep for your Group Page, email us and let us know!
Remember the yearbook you got when you left training and ventured out into Poland? We'd like to scan each of those documents and post them on group pages. What a great memory! If you would like to loan us the directory from your group, let us know. We'd like you to mail it to us for scanning, and then we'll mail it back to you. Email FOP if you have one to lend from your group. Better yet, scan it yourself and email it to us!
