I spent 2 months in Krakow last summer on an engineering research sabbatical at the University of Agriculture. I had a terrific time and was deeply affected in a positive manner by the culture. It is inspiring to see the recovery after so many years of communist abuse. The Polish people are absolutely fabulous.....very kind and hospitable. I hope to return.
